Admin Green, Founded by Lauren Foster started to better aide the unemployed, underemployed, and retired college graduate with needs fulfillment that most established charitable organizations do not provide namely work shoes/aides, licensing courses, job fairs, and public transportation.
Admin Green is on a mission to support college graduates in times of unemployment, underemployment, and retirement.
According to First Gen, there are approximately 8.2 million first-generation undergraduate students enrolled in the United States, representing about 53% to 54% of all U.S. undergraduates. About 24% graduate. This means, there are approximately 2 million at risk of not being properly supported in the event of economic fall out, no job available within major; and high spend of unemployment income on rent, mortgage, taxes, or stretching to cover family basic needs.
We only provide memberships to college grads. We keep in house transcripts, copies of degree, employment reviews, and recommendations on file in office and generate a one sheet communication for recommendation after primary interview is completed. We update credentials as they are obtained. The one sheet letter is perfect for a Linkedin profile or sending to a potential employer along with your cover letter. We monitor the news in the event a major employer is planning lay offs.
We are a premium members organization focused on credentialing, optimizing employment consideration, and fulfilling the basic needs of our members during their personal economic hardship.
Our basic membership is the commitment of $10.00 per month and provides a photo ID card with our organization address and complimentary attendance with a hot dog and chips at any job fair we organize or attend.
In 2026 - 2027, we will utilize 65% of donations to provide shoes via our Real Walker Program Commitment. The other 35% will cover marketing and operational expenses. Shoes are an intimate occassion and will be new for the wearer.
Our long term vision includes the acquisition of hotel properties for which will be an extreme discounted stay for our members who earn less than $2,000 monthly in retirement.
