State of IL - Free Groceries and Cleaning Products.

We want Free Groceries for the State of IL.

We want our food nonprofits scopes to be changed to be responsible for solely the intake and the distribution of food to seniors, disabled, homeless (cooked), and recently childbirthed. The current space used to house food, can be revitalized into a space for emergency group living until all homeless are housed.

When the grocery store schedules and houses groceries for all, we can reduce food waste and increase the availability of grocery stores (eliminating food deserts).

When the State of IL becomes groceries business customer, they can pay grocers operating costs plus 30% and create part time jobs for mothers and their children who love:

Cable TV

Getting their Hair Styled by someone else

Getting massages

Driving cars

Re-decorating their home every 10-30 years

Going to theme parks

Estimated flat IL Tax of $680 per year per resident to cover the cost of groceries and workers. That's $56.68 per month for free groceries per person.

SNAP would still apply!

To curb hoarders who would take more and it expire or go bad, a software would have to be created that tied to the tax filing system and granted a monthly limit of groceries worth $480 per person (including hot meals made by the grocery store) by each ID presented.
